Using this site

By using spasciz.com you're agreeing to what's on this page. If something here doesn't work for you, don't use the site — no hard feelings. These terms apply to the website, the free resources, the paid products, and the music, unless a specific product ships with its own licence that says otherwise. Where they conflict, the product's own licence wins.

What I own

The writing, design, video, music, graphics, and course material on this site are mine unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to read it, watch it, learn from it, and apply it in your own work. You may quote or reference it with credit and a link.

What you can't do: republish it wholesale, pass it off as your own, feed it into a course you're selling, or resell it in any form.

Free resources

The templates, guides, and checklists on the Resources page are free for you to use — personally and commercially, in your own projects and client work. Use them to make money. That's the point.

Don't repackage them and sell them as your own product, and don't redistribute them as a lead magnet for your list. If you want to share one, share the link to this site instead.

Paid products

The Human First, AI Second Masterclass and the AI Music Creator System are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Buying one gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own work, including commercial work.

• Don't share your access, login, or files with other people.
• Don't resell, redistribute, or repackage the material.
• Don't use it as the basis of a competing course or product.

Payment, receipts, and refunds are handled by Gumroad under their terms and refund policy. If something's wrong with a purchase, email darrell@spasciz.com and I'd rather sort it out directly than have you fight a form.

The music

The tracks on the Music page are released for listening. Streaming them, sharing the link, and enjoying them costs nothing and needs no permission.

They are not cleared for use in your own commercial releases, videos, or products, and they aren't royalty-free library music. If you want to license a track for something, email me — I'm genuinely open to it, I just need to be asked first.

Affiliate links and sponsorship

Some links on this site earn me a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content is labelled as sponsored, every time.

What being paid does not buy: a good review. If a tool is weak I'll say so, sponsored or not. That's the entire value of this channel and I'm not trading it for a commission.

No guarantees

Everything here is shared as information and opinion based on my own experience. It isn't legal, financial, tax, or career advice.

AI music tools change constantly — a workflow that works today can break next month when a platform updates, and platform rules around AI-generated music are still shifting. I keep things as current as I reasonably can, but I can't promise any technique, tool, or platform policy described here still holds by the time you read it. Verify anything important before you build a business on it.

I also can't promise results. Nothing here is a guarantee of views, streams, subscribers, income, or a deal. What you get out depends on your work.

Liability

This site and its materials are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the resources, or the products — including lost profits, lost data, or lost time.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't be limited under the law where you live.

Links out

This site links to other places — YouTube, Skool, Suno, Gumroad, tool vendors. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content, their terms, or how they handle your data. Their rules apply once you're there.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
